As the system moves east, around 50,000 people from georgia to new jersey are under the threat of more severe weather. Even this morning looking at rain showers in northern sections of the province including north eastern manitoba but coming up this afternoon we will see the rain scatter across the province including around winnipeg and sections of southern manitoba north western ontario. He can use a manual wheel chair, but like many teenage boys he's a thrill seeker. His medical team nominated him for the shine foundation. That's where they came up for his dream for a not a wheel chair rig. >> My mom wanted me to get it because we go camping. My dad got the idea of going really fast. >> Reporter: it is an electric four we'll all terrain chair that he can steer with his arms. >> He can go on to the grass. Off road. He can do jumps.
