Edmonton homicide detectives have arrested a suspect as the community struggles to cope with the loss. Our kendra is in the area where this happened. >> Reporter: there are a number of barricades and we see a bouquet of flowers that have been placed on the scene. This is where police were called north and police and paramedics rushed here tuesday night to try and save the 15-year-old boy. Discarded medical supplies are still on the ground here. Medical gloves, this is not far from thin neighbourhoods in st. Albert the neighbourhoods of starling and heritage lake so we know a lot of people do walk around this area. Police say this happened tuesday night around 930. The 15-year-old died here on this old roadway near the barricades after attempts to save him and a man was on scene and was arrested shortly after this happen. Police releasing very few details only saying that this 15-year-old and the man that they took into custody may have known one another. Police think they are not searching for any other suspects they have launched a homicide investigation and we know that the autopsy is scheduled for it later this week but a very tragic and heart wrenching result here. This again happened tuesday night around 930 just on the outskirts of saint albert just north of the city limits years so again police saying very few details. Only saying that they have arrested an adult male and he is in custody. Back to you. >> Erin: thank you, kendra. Victoria park road the shared pathway that has reopened and that will be open until the end of october so they have reduced their vehicle lane so east bound lane is closed from river valley road to one 16th street. The bridge continues through the downtown core until june 10th and then one thirty-second avenue that road rehab is on until the end of october. Overnight low is different tomorrow could see a chance of frost again but then we switch gears. 9 for the overnight low and then the temperatures continue to rise looking for 18 on sunday.
