The chicken and shrimp in beef and pork and everything in there and everything is a different doneness to and everything is separate but how does all that work in and how do you keep it so perfect all the time we have. >> Anup: a big grill and that comes from the grill itself so we keep all the meats separates all of the meats have a different temperature to cook. But the people like medium rare and definitely they could make on their preference of we have to maintain and they have different three level so the way we keep cooking the meats and they keep going down and we really have to mix and maintain the moisture as well on that once we make sure we are cooking and away where every single peace of the meat on every single skewer is perfect so that's what we are known for. >> Kevin: sounds like everyone's prepared that for once. Fire crews say theyre wrapping up - focusing now on hot spots close to the community - and mopping up along the "alaska highway corridor". 47 -hundred residents were forced to evacuate on may 10th as the "parker lake wildfire" burned kilometers from the town. 10 properties - including four homes - have been destroyed. Premier david eby says an assessment of those structures is underway. >>there was a period of time there where the entire town of fort neslon could have burnt down and fort nelson first nation but for the efforts of our amazing fire crews, and were not oft of the woods its a long fire season ahead, but it could have been a lot worse. >>lisa: no specific date has been set for residents to return home -- but the town's mayor is hoping for early next week. They're stretched thin financially and now -- edmonton public schools says their budget for the next school year is not relieving any anxiety. As jasmine king reports -- trustees are asking for more provincial support -- with thousands of new students enrolling -- every year. The town of millet is under a boil water advisory following a water main break. >> Reporter: it was a unanimous vote but not quite one with the lack of funding they are seeing from the province. Leaning around 4000 students will not be funded. Calls to the division will also increase both for staff which will be harder to find this is requiring the boards to use operational reserve to balance the budget-- something they say is not sustainable. The superintendent says the division-- 5000 students this year. And 2500 new students enrolled compared to september. She says they are doing the best they can with limited resources. >> We are seeing higher number of students in higher complexity and increase in staff unit cost and impact of inflation and so at the end of the day, that means our spending powers as much to support the higher demands for those services. >> Reporter: with the budget approved, edmonton services now admits to the province by may 31st. Alberta health services issued a boil water advisory until further notice. The water was turned back on before 4 p-m... But the boil water advisory remains in place. Thousands of volleyball players... And supporters are here in our city for the 2024 youth nationals. The twelve-day event is expected to bring more than 30-thousand people... Thousands of volleyball athletes and fans from across the country will pass through the edmonton expo centre the building's been transformed into dozens of courts for the 2024 youth nationals tournament >>we have 1260 teams who are participating, over 15,000 athletes. About 22,000 spectators and we're taking up about 33,000 hotel room nights. >>reporter: these fans from winnipeg have been taking time outside their volleyball schedule to enjoy other parts of the city. >>the girls went to wem to go to the pool and they enjoyed it that was very good. >>reporter: add that mall trip into the total spending by the more than 30-thousand people at the tournament... And explore edmonton says you have millions of dollars coming into the city 48 million according to the organization's numbers. >>that's seen by restaurants, hotels, bars, transit, every business that touches the tourism industry is impacted by this event. >>reporter: some of the businesses seeing the benefits are the food trucks lined up just steps from the action. >>well it's fantastic for our business and all the other food trucks that are here and it's fantastic for edmonton. >>on the busy days we probably turn between 4 and 500 people out of each truck. >>reporter: smokehouse bbq says it can go through up to 700
