>> Vinesh: we are approaching 8:15 A.M. the setback to national bank financial for this monday. Angus, a regular business here but memorial day in the states. So how do you expect the business to be performing today? >> Angus: it's also a holiday in europe so it's quiet in north america so we are looking for quiet here. Interesting with the story about the flood. Like saving $50,000 if he had more he would pay more. But that's why you needed a second mortgage. Which is also why if you look at the southern part of the united states the cost of their insurance has increased especially this season it will not help with all the hurricanes coming in. And people that own property also with the forest fires they have increased their insurance fivefold as well. So you has to take a look and think wild things are really starting to be more expensive. And this leads to other questions. And at the age of 72 or 74 or 75 it doesn't matter. You do not want to take on more debt. And to be flooded out of your home is not part of it. On a positive note. I do want to focus on two companies in our city. Which of just been awarded the top 50 management companies and best managed companies in canada. One being the italian centre shop and on the wholesale business she has over 800 restaurants and stores which are supplied and then you also have a nh steel. Which is a rebar but operations and they are both in edmonton and in vancouver. And the ceo there. You have two companies out of 50 based here from edmonton. So back to your question of talking about the tsx it is quiet. We are up 52 points are now the canadian dollar is where it was earlier morning. The electronic trading is taking place. So it 7328 pure gold is up almost $23 and oil is up 79 cents in electronic trading. Natural gas $2 and 83 cents on the july contract up 6 cents. So I'm thinking about the game tonight though. And I'm excited that you have. >> Vinesh: balloons in your office that is fantastic. >> Angus: plus. >> Vinesh: my lucky jersey. >> Vinesh: sounds great we will check in with you and about half an hour. Seeing those balloons reminds me of when I was it in kindergarten and I let go of a helium balloon and I turned away. And it has impacted me too this day. >> Tracie: you watched it fly? And you're like come back. When I see a balloon just flying across the city I think someone is just very upset. No balloons in this area but we do have some delays. We can see that there is construction down to two lanes in each direction it drops down to 60 kilometres in hour for the speed them up at the traffic is moving much slower through their right now. Only about 35 kilometres an hour. We are seeing quite a backlog of traffic down the qe2 passing highway 19. That has cleared up now. A little bit slow moving on highway 19 as you cross over. So do watch for that. We are seeing a slowdown. This is pretty standard area for it to slow down right here on the south west like at the anthony henday. But it does back up all the way past one 11th avenue and it actually crosses over the qe2. Normally it stops on calgary trail. We have slow moving traffic if you are on the cell like of the anthony henday. East and westbound traffic around the band watch out for that. No make you along the whitemud crossing over the east like of the henday, it looks like that is opening up but there is construction. Stay left to get through if you are headed east them. Now if you had westbound into edmonton the construction on the highway is causing some major delays from east of elk island park all the way past highway 21. Lots of stop and go through there so that's where you're travelling to today tried to plan some extra time for your drive. That's a look at your ok tire traffic and now we will head over to sky tracker weather was ciara. >> Ciara: look at how green your favourite city is. It is 10 degrees. >> Vinesh: I think they are green with envy. >> Ciara: I hear there's a couple fans who have jumped on the oilers bandwagon. They have to because they are going to win a cup. 15 in fort mcmurray. 11 and edmonton, 8 in banff so

already double digits and many heading to school. A light jacket will do the trick. 10 and grande prairie, 12 for a high level. 8 in banff, 6 in jasper, 12 in lethbridge and 11 for medicine hat. We see the rain roll out into saskatchewan. See this system from the west it will make its way into grande prairie and high-level tonight. There could be thunder shower activity and then it will clear up a little bit. So we see it move in this evening and it continues to carry through. Then it will clear for tuesday. Warm temperatures across the province. Like cloud coverage into tuesday evening. Peace river seeing some heavy rainfall. Same thing along the parks and into wednesday this shows wednesday afternoon with the scattered showers that the edmonton area. Lloyd minsters well and northern alberta seeing quite a bit of rain roll through and then the rain will pick up. 22 in brooks. Not seeing a lot of cloud coverage throughout the province today. 21 and lloyd minster. Smokey lake, look at this. All 21 spirits are definitely a common temperature same thing for high level peace river. We will continue to carry it on. And another group of 21's rocky mountain, and then 22 to 21 in and around the edmonton area. Overnight double-digit lows like cold lake and fort mcmurray and us in edmonton at 11. And tomorrow, as mentioned the temperatures come back up on wednesday and thursday. 18 degrees and then dipping down on friday. But just in time for the weekend we go back up and the evening lows are looking great.
