Sean o'shea joins us live with more. >> Reporter: tor promised to deliver a trespass notice to student protest groups here at the university of toronto, and in fact they did j after 4:00 this afternoon. Does notice has been stabled on to the fencing around here. Among the things it says is that protesters may no longer be present here at the campus between 11:00 o'clock at night and 5:00. They have been here protesting and here since may 2nd. At thisnt, organizers tell us there are 17610s here, and at least 200 people involved in the protest. Again, it was possible because of this threat of the trespass notice that possible that police or other security could. That has not happened. There's been neighbour preuntil monday morning. But that reprieve is protesters have been told they have to leave, that they are no longer welcome here. Here is what some of the protesters told us at a press conference earlier today. >> We will continue d everything we can to drag thiseeting its obligation to students and the world just as every gation of student protest has. >> The university of torontodoes not care about it students. If it did it would not threaten in the police.the university does not care about its palestinian students. eporter: behind me on the lawn you can see them being of some of the protesters. They've been talking about t trespass notice, about the new deadline that's beeniven for monday at 8:00. The university is saying explicitly in this notice tha if protesters do not leave, they will face legalanctions, they will go to the ontario super court and could also face sanctions withinhe university and suspensions if they are students for up to five years. One other note is that there will be ating between some organizers and the university at 5:00 sunday afternoon. Possible that as a result of that mee the protesters will voluntarily leave, but no one is count on that. Right nowhat 8:00 monday morning deadline is what is being faced and we may see still , if they refused to leave, the police brought in. Police tolds in a statement earlier that dealing with this protest as the university's responsibility, but theyl support as they see fit. >>n: thank you, sean. >> Tracy: one man is facing charges tonight after aal stabbing in mississauga. A woman was found deadonday morning at a motel near brittania and here ontario. The 25-year-old has now been arrested and charged withsecond-degree murder. Police say the two are related, but this is not cdered intimate partner violence. > Three times in one week, a movie theatre in richmond hill has been targe with multiple gun shots fired at the building. Police telling us they are exploring all possible motives for the shootings, but they do confirm t no people were injured. The latest incident being a shooting early this morning. When they arrived early thisg, this happening around am, york regional police say they arrive to the facility after an employee came to work and found multiple doors on the main entrance of the cinema shattered. Surveillance video sho a dark coloured suv pulling up tohe entrance around 2:30 am. Shots were fired before the suv drove away.we know this is the third time in one week, as you that shots were fired at the cinema. One previous shooting happenedlast sunday around 9:30 pm. That went out of the red suv. Her shooting just two days prior to that at around 10:00 pm from a white pickup truck. This comes as there have been
