Here's a look at your national and international headlines this. We have an update about the cyber attack affecting london. Drugs, cyber criminals who stole files from the company's corporate head office have made good on their threat to release data after london drugs refused to pay a ransom. Jordan armstrong has the story. >> We're not going to show you what's been released or tell you how it's accessed, but "global news" has viewed some of it and it is highly personal. Information on london drugs employees. We're talking medical and human resources files. >> Companies do hold very sensitive information about their employees. In the past, for example, we have seen salary information end up online. Details of disciplinary records, performance reviews is russian based ransomware group lockbit has claimed responsibility for the attack. >> It demanded $25 million by thursday. London drugs refused to pay. The company now says this is deeply distressing and london drugs is taking all available steps to mitigate any impacts from these criminal acts, including notifying all current employees whose personal information could be potentially impacted and providing them with complimentary credit monitoring services and identity theft protection. As previously stated, we have no indication to date of any compromise of patient or customer databases. Currently if someone is born to a canadian outside the country, they couldn't pass on their canadian passport to their child. >> If that child was also born abroad. With the change, citizenship could be passed along as long as their parents spend a total of three years in canada before their kid was born or adopted. They want to do so many things here because this is what they consider home. >> All of the citizenship the liberals forced to make the modification after an ontario superior court ruled the law limiting citizenship was unconstitutional. >> It will be the first time that the citizenship act is actually charter compliant. >> The old rules, imposed in 2009 by the then conservative government after they spent $94 million repatriating around 14,000 canadian citizens during the war in lebanon. The concert celebrates award winning women and non-binary artists advancing their place and position within the canadian music industry. And what a lineup heather rankin is going to be here this weekend. Irish myth and kellie-loder of newfoundland and labrador and lisa-macisaac of madison violet. The tour features stops in liverpool tonight, halifax tomorrow night and port-hawkesbury on sunday and the weather looks pretty good this weekend for some commuting around the province. Well said. >> Good cape breton slogan. There I think. Right there. So listen, it's not just a concert, it's a movement that kind of stood out to me on the poster. Tell me about the movement. And you've started an organization behind this whole thing. Tell me more. >> Yeah, I've started the not for profit called banshee events co, and our goal is to promote equality within the music industry and create opportunities for women and gender diverse artists and try and, you know, shift the scales a bit and level the playing fields that we provide more opportunities. >> So like as we said before the interview started, I'm kind of a teenager from the 90s. So I remember lilith fair very well when sarah mclaughlin, you know, had the same kind of modus operandi to get more female artists out there. Here we are, 25 years later, and still the need for more female voice and non-binary voice. Now in this day and age, where's the industry right now? Lisa, as you see it? >> Well, we still have work to do. You know, we have to. I mean, I think the thing is, is it shouldn't be a big, it shouldn't be a big thing to go to a show and it be all women and gender diverse artists, but it still is. But it's not. When you go and you see the programming and it's all all men on the on the roster of a theater show or festival. >> Yeah, I still see it around here too. >> And listen, this is not to take away opportunities. This is not to, shame our male counterparts. We need to be in this together to make this work so that we can sort of equal things out a bit. >> Exactly. And I know this is not the focus of the songwriters circle. There's lots of stories about life on the road and how songs are written. So tell me about the show, what people can expect when they go, well, it's in the round format, so we're all on stage together. >> It's kind of like when you go to a folk festival, the side stages, they'll do these workshops and those are always my favorite events because you get the you get the good stories. They artists interact and you never really know what you're going to get. And it feels there's a very interactive feel with the audience and communicating within the artists. And yeah, sometimes is a road story about a bad hotel room might inspire a song for the next artist to sing. And it's not for anybody who's confused, we're not actually on stage writing songs. It's just a collaborative, performance. >> I think anyone who's been to a few bruce guthro songwriter circles got the what's going on here for sure. >> And I played in bruce's band for several years. Yeah, amazing . >> Yeah, what a legend. Speaking of legends, heather rankin is going to be with you for this weekend for a couple of shows. You got kellie-loder, you got irish mythen. Tell us a bit about some of the music that we're going to hear. >> Well, these are all good friends of mine. >> So I mean, I've sort of selfishly been, curating the
