While the rain has helped reduce the fire risk officials say the situation could change very quickly. Right now there's 30 wildfires burning in our province cackle fires under control or being held. That includes fort mcmurray where residents have been told or been allowed to go back home. Fire officials say while conditions are favourable now it's important that albertans continue to practice fire safety 77% of fires this season have been caused by people. >> Despite efforts through mind albertans and visitors were the importance of taking extra care with any action that could cause wildfire over the may long weekend. 25 abandon can players were detected in the calgary forest area.
