It will soon house all services under one roof on the property that was once home. >> Construction has begun. They've already started preparing the land taking out soil and the next couple of weeks we be putting in granular soil. To start preparing the pouring of concrete. >> Were hoping to close off the exterior shell by end of september, so they can work on the interior and be done by may of 20.5. >> Reporter: the province has provided nearly $17 million for the facility because it says it will offer a wide range of health services to francophones throughout the region from primary care to mental health and addictions to pediatrics. >> I also think it is good for staff to know there's going to be a new facility with optimal and technical resources to provide the clients. We do think it's a good tool. >> Officials have been able to retain two part-time's editions one of them will work virtually. They also have two nurse practitioners, nurses and mental health workers. While the investigation into what happened continues the community is shaken and grieving. The 23-month-old hit by recycling truck on a red maple lane, rushed to hospital before being airlifted to sick kids in toronto where he succumbed to his injuries. >> This is a truly tragic incident that our community is now going to live through. >> Really saddened because for a kid to die like this it's a very big for the parents. >> Reporter: young families in the area this morning sending their kids off to school, shocked to hear the child's death. >> I got my daughter playing outside every day, running around, riding her bike or one not makes me feel, I don't know how to client. >> Supervise kids all the time and plight every time they want to play. >> Police say the accident happened around 12:40 when the boy was hit by recycling truck along the street in the southeast end of the city. What we do require is for children ate societies to make placements that are safe, appropriate, and meet the child's needs.
