Chris Smalling on his future plans: “I would like to stay at Roma.”

Roma centreback Chris Smalling briefly shared his view on his future plans.

In spite of rumors linking him with an exit from the Italian capital, the Englishman seems unmoved in his intention to stay at the club.

With only one year left on his contract, there have been rumors claiming the player could end up moving to the Saudi Pro League.

However, after today’s training session Sky Sport quotes the player as having told a fan outside of Trigoria: “I would like to stay at Roma.”
