Chiefs fans, including Taylor Swift, loved Travis Kelce’s no-look lateral

Here’s a good life lesson for us all: find someone who loves you as much as Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce loves to lateral.

Kelce is always a threat to toss the ball to a teammate after making the catch, and there have been some uneven results through the years.

But during the Chiefs’ game against the Raiders on Friday at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, Kelce had perhaps the slickest lateral of his career. After catching a pass from quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Kelce lateraled the ball to Samaje Perine.

Las Vegas Raiders cornerback Darnay Holmes (30) couldn’t stop Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce (87) from pitching the ball he just caught to running back Samaje Perine (34) in the second quarter on Friday, Nov. 29, 2024, at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

Amazon Prime broadcaster Al Michaels said it was a no-look lateral from Kelce.
