Charlton Athletic loanee Princess Ademiluyi has returned to parent club West Ham United at the halfway point in the season.

The Hammers confirmed the news via a post on their official club website this afternoon.

The 18-year-old Gravesend-born forward joined Charlton Athletic on loan for the 2024/2025 season, however, the arrangement has been terminated ahead of schedule and Ademiluyi is now back with her parent club.

Ademiluyi made 13 appearances for Charlton Athletic in all competitions in the first half of the season, 12 of which came as a substitute. The attacker is still awaiting her first goal in senior football.

The youngster broke into the senior team at parent club West Ham United at the end of the 2022/2023 season. She was handed her senior debut by former Hammers boss Paul Konchesky during a 1-0 defeat at Brighton & Hove Albion. Ademiluyi has since gone on to make 17 appearances for the East Londoners in all competitions.

Ademiluyi needs regular minutes to allow her to continue to develop. While the player is now back at West Ham United, it would be no surprise to see her go out on loan again in the second half of the season to enjoy more competitive football.

Ademiluyi joins goalkeeper Katelin Talbert in returning to West Ham United this month following a loan move in the first half of the season.
