They were told their passports were not needed at that time. >> When we asked the agent if we required our passports, we were told no. And that would have add that information at the airport. >> But when the family arrived at pearson airport, francesca's name on the ticket did not match her passport. At first they were told it would be an easy fix, but it wasn't ask she was not allowed on the plane. >> It was devastating to be ripped apart at that point. Where they had to leave and I couldn't join them. >> She had to buy a new ticket for 2800 at her own expense. >> The fact that I couldn't get on the plane was their fault for not making sure that my ticket was booked appropriately and properly. >> Ctv news reached out to expedia and said, the name was provided by the traveler over the phone. We had every intention of providing assistance. We could not make changes as the flight had already been marked as no show by the airline partner. They still feel they deserve a refund. >> We volunteered to use our passports and we were told they weren't needed which is what led to this problem. >> Teddy: up in connection with, it's fri-yay, canada. I also like that question, too, of do you hear what somebody does and for some professions that is what that entails day-to-day. I'm a business consultant. What does your day look like? >> Kelsey: one of my favourite things to ask people, when you have small talk and network, I always ask, how did you get into that? 99% of the time people are like, I don't know. It's a great story of what they studied in school and all of the turns they took to get to the weird job that they do today. Party ideas. >> Lindsey: you may wonder what mo mo does all day?
