This employee says the store was full of shoppers when the strike knocked him and his colleague to the ground. He says they hit the floor, were covered in rubble, and dug their way out. Ukrainian officials say two russian guided bombs hit the store, killing seven people and injures several more. Ukrainian president volodymyr zelensky condemned the strike, calling it another demonstration of russian motion madness. Zelensky offered his condolences to the families and said that western allies need to step up their supplies to fend off russian attacks. >> There's a lot of things that's going to take place both militarily and diplomatecally. >> Reporter: these latest strikes come ahead of a peace summit in switzerland next month that russia isn't a part of. >> There is the fighting track, the grind to put themselves into a better negotiating position, if you will. >> Reporter: the international conference is june is meant to chart a path to peace, but russia has said any talks without moscow's participation would be a waste of time. shall washington. >> Deana: to the latest on the war in gaza. There are signals that new ceasefire talks are on the horizon, but a hamas official is raising question about that, indicating no date has been set. Word began leaking out as israeli prime minister benjamin netanyahu said his country would defy a court order issued friday and continue the war in gaza. This was the scene in tel aviv earlier as families of protesters and protesters and many of those in captivity are calling for new negotiations. Journalist irris mackler is ine jerusalem, saying that ceasefires would go forward in the coming hours. >> Reporter: there was a meeting this weekend in france. Next week, there's going to be talks between those same parties and also egypt, and then hamas will be brought in. I suppose it's optimistic because we haven't seen any talks in two weeks. In the last 24 hours since the arrest warrant was issued from the i.c.j., there's been several more air strikes, and the health ministry, hamas run, said there were seven more deaths and dozens of injuries. If there were talks, it would be most welcome. >> Deana: the university of toronto has issued a trespass notice to a pro-palestinian encampment on its grounds. Students have been ordered to leave by monday at 8:00 A.M. but students say they plan to stick around. >> We don't plan to leave. They put out an order to us yet. U of t knows how to bargain. They bargain with unions all the time. The first written offer cannot be the final offer, so we're preparing our counteroffer, and hopefully that will be discussed at the 5:00 P.M. meeting on sunday. >> Deana: once the deadline passed on 4 p. -- at 4:00 P.M. on friday, the university issued a warning that not leaving the encampment could lead to a five-year suspension from the university as well as expulsion.

[cheers and applause] [theme plays] >> Deana: WELCOME BACK. THIS WEEK, THE U.S. GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCED IT'S SUING LIVE NATION AND TICKETMASTER FOR HOLDING A MONOPOLY OVER THE CONCERT INDUSTRY. LIVE NATION-TICKETMASTER HAS LONG BEEN THE CONTROVERSY OF FAN OUTRAGE, INCLUDING IN 2022 WHEN THEIR SITE CRASHED OVER PRESALES OF TICKETS FOR TAYLOR SWIFT'S CONCERT TOUR. >> THEY SAY TRADITIONALLY WHEN A MONOPOLY IS BROKEN UP, THINGS IMPROVE FOR EVERYONE BUT THE STAKEHOLDERS IN THE MONOPOLY, I GUESS. TICKETING IS SUCH A DARK ART, AND THERE'S SO MANY THINGS TO UNDERSTAND. THERE'S SO MANY PLACES FOR IT

TO BECOME CORRUPT. WHAT DO PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE MOST? EXORBITANT PRICES ON THE SECONDARY MARKET, THE FACT THAT TICKETMASTER ESSENTIALLY WENT OFFLINE WHEN ALL THE TAYLOR SWIFT TICKETS WENT ON SALE. THEY DID REMEDY THAT, AND I'LL GET BACK TO THAT IN A SECOND. BUT THE HIGH FINES AND FEES ARE NOT SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSED BY THIS. IN THE LAWSUIT, THEY'RE JUST SAYING BREAK IT UP AND THAT WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM. A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE NOT CONVINCED THAT IT WILL, AND I'M NOT TRYING TO BE AN APOLOGIST FOR LIVE NATION, BUT A LOT OF THESE VENUES ARE NOT SET UP FOR SELLING TICKETS OF THIS SIZE. >> Deana: AND RAPPER AND SINGER NICKI MINAJ WAS ARRESTED IN AMSTERDAM ON FRIDAY.
