Casadei: Four Serie A clubs including Juventus interested in Chelsea deal
Empoli are the latest Serie A side to register an interest in signing Italy U21 star Cesare Casadei from Chelsea, but Juventus are still one of the frontrunners in the race to land his signature according to recent reports.

According to reports from Calciomercato.com, Genoa and Monza have also made enquiries regarding Casadei’s availability in recent weeks, which makes it at least four Serie A sides hopeful of getting a deal done with Chelsea.
Casadei has not featured at all in the Premier League since the appointment of Enzo Maresca at Stamford Bridge over the summer. He has been an unused substitute in two out of four league matches this term, and his playing time has been limited to the EFL Cup and UEFA Conference League.
The 21-year-old has recently switched agents, and reports suggest that he could be on the move sooner rather than later in an attempt to gain more consistent playing time.
According to Friday’s reports, Juventus, Empoli, Genoa and Monza have all enquired about Casadei’s availability in January, but there are also a number of unnamed clubs abroad who are also interested in picking up the former Inter academy product.
