Carolina Hurricanes @ Tampa Bay Lightning: Lineups, Game Preview and How to Watch
What - Game 41 (24-14-2)
When - 7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 7
Where - Amalie Arena; Tampa Bay, FL
How to Watch - FanDuel Sports Network South
The Carolina Hurricanes have made a short road trip down south to take on the Tampa Bay Lightning (20-15-2).
Originally, there was no game scheduled on this date, but due to Hurricane Milton postponing the game between the two teams in October, this one was added to the schedule.
The Canes are coming off of a 4-3 overtime win over the Pittsburgh Penguins, which was perhaps the best game of the season for Sebastian Aho.
The team battled through some adversity and looked the better all night, but the key will be for them to not continue on the roller coaster of inconsistency they've been on for the past two months.
The Lightning have found themselves in a rut having lost their last four in a row including losses to Anaheim, San Jose and Montreal.
The Bolts though are still just an extremely top-heavy team and if you give those top guys time and space, they're going to make you pay.
