Carey Price to make season debut for Canadiens Thursday night

The Montreal Canadiens have confirmed that goaltender Carey Price will get the start on Thursday night (7:30 p.m. ET) at home against the Arizona Coyotes.

Price has not suited up for his NHL club since suffering an injury to his right knee early last season on Nov. 25.

Price had been held out of action in Montreal's first three games of 2016-17 due to a severe case of the flu.

The Canadiens have started the season 2-0-1 in Price's absence.
