Canadiens' Alexander Radulov scores ridiculous one-handed goal vs. Rangers (Video)

Alexander Radulov is putting together quite the postseason for the Montreal Canadiens.

Two nights ago, the Russian winger scored a momentous goal when he jammed home a rebound late in overtime to help the Canadiens avoid going down 2-0 to the Rangers. He also picked up the primary assist on Tomas Plekanec’s tying goal with 18 seconds remaining in the third period, and added a helper in the first period as well.

His encore performance on Sunday wasn’t too shabby, either.

Radulov’s goal in the third period of Montreal’s 3-1 win over the Rangers is easily the best one scored so far in the playoffs. He picks off a clearing attempt from Kevin Klein, turnstiles him at the blue line, and plays give-and-go with Phillip Danault before undressing Henrik Lundqvist with a ridiculous one-handed deke, all the while fighting off JT Miller with his other hand.

Insanity.

Radulov also factored into Shea Weber’s game-winning goal, luring in two Rangers players and once again owning JT Miller before making a behind-the-back pass right on the tape of Alex Galchenyuk, who makes a pretty deft play himself to set up Weber for the goal.

With his two-point night, Radulov is now second in playoff scoring behind countryman Evgeni Malkin with five points and is a big reason the Canadiens hold a 2-1 series lead. Take that, Don Cherry.
