Even at age 37, there's still a market for Cameron Wake's talents.

The former Dolphins defensive end agreed to a three-year, $23 million deal with the Tennessee Titans, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. The deal includes a reported $10 million guaranteed.

Wake is coming off a 2018 season in which he posted 36 tackles, five tackles for loss and six sacks. The latter figure represents his lowest total since his rookie year all the way back in 2009. The Penn State product has played every game of his career with Miami while racking up 98 sacks, the second highest figure in team history behind Jason Taylor.

The addition of Wake should help shore up a Titans pass rush that ranked 16th in the NFL in sacks last season, but without a player topping seven individually.

While you don’t see many players last in the NFL past age 35, Wake’s professional history makes the feat quite apt. After going undrafted in 2005, Wake signed with the New York Giants and got cut before playing a preseason game, then ended up in the Canadian Football League for two years. Upon returning to the NFL with the Dolphins, Wake developed into a premier pass-rushing threat.

Now, that story continues in Tennessee.
