Bucks face Thunder in NBA Cup championship: Schedule, bracket, how to watch final
The NBA Cup championship game will feature a pair of MVP candidates in Las Vegas this week.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder will play Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks Tuesday night at T-Mobile Arena.
Gilgeous-Alexander scored a game-high 32 points on Saturday as the Thunder earned a 111-96 victory over the Houston Rockets in the semifinals. The Thunder guard also added eight rebounds and six assists, while Isaiah Hartenstein tallied 21 points and eight rebounds.
Antetokounmpo and the Bucks advanced to the final after a 110-102 victory over Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks. Antetokounmpo had 32 points and 14 rebounds, while Damian Lillard contributed 25 points, seven assists and six rebounds.
Each player on the winning team will earn $514,971. The members of the losing team will earn $205,988.
