Bruins Starting Goalie For Devils Matchup Revealed

The Boston Bruins are back on the ice tonight to face off against the New Jersey Devils. Their goal will be to stay hot after winning their last game against the San Jose Sharks by a 6-3 final score.

Bruins goalie Jeremy Swayman will be between the pipes for the Original Six club against the Devils.

It is not surprising that the Bruins chose Swayman to start against the Devils. While the Devils have been having a rough stretch, they are still one of the top teams in the NHL.

Swayman's last start occurred on Jan. 18 against the Ottawa Senators. During it, he allowed five goals on 44 shots in the shootout loss.

In 34 games this season with the Bruins, Swayman has a 15-15-4 record, a 2.94 goals-against average, and a .897 save percentage.
