While speaking to reporters, head coach Joe Sacco shared that forward Oliver Wahlstrom will be back in the lineup for the first time since Dec. 27's matchup against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
🎥Coach Sacco on Oliver Wahlstrom being back in tonight: "McLaughlin will come out. Wahly will come in on that line...probably not an ideal spot for him but a chance for him to get back in the lineup and that’s most important."

With Wahlstrom going back in the lineup, Sacco also shared that Marc McLaughlin will be scratched. Thus, Wahlstrom will be playing on the fourth line with Johnny Beecher and Mark Kastelic.
Wahlstrom has appeared in four games with the Bruins since being claimed off waivers. During them, he has zero points, 17 penalty minutes, and a minus-2 rating. He will now look to break the ice against the Rangers from here.
