Bruins Give New Injury Update About Star
Boston Bruins defenseman Hampus Lindholm has not played since Nov. 12's contest against the St. Louis Blues after blocking a shot from Justin Faulk. With Lindholm being one of the club's best defensemen, they have undoubtedly missed him.

While speaking to reporters, including NESN's Adam Pellerin, Bruins head coach Joe Sacco provided an update on Lindholm.
"Not skating yet," Sacco said. "Getting closer to being on the ice. Don't have an exact time."
With this update, it is clear that Lindholm still has much more work to do before he can get back into game action. However, it is also encouraging that the left-shot defender is getting closer to returning to the ice.
Lindholm, 30, has three goals, four assists, and a minus-4 rating in 17 games this season with the Original Six club.
