Bruins Call Up 2 Gritty Forwards
The Boston Bruins have announced that forwards Patrick Brown and Max Jones have been recalled from their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Providence Bruins.

Brown, 32, is having a solid season as Providence's captain. In 37 games, he has nine goals, 25 points, and a plus-3 rating. He also appeared in a game earlier this season with Boston, where he had four hits and a minus-1 rating.
As for Jones, this is his first call-up since being sent down to Providence early in the season. In four games with Boston, he has zero points, eight hits, and a minus-4 rating. Down in Providence, he has eight goals and 11 points in 26 games.
We will need to wait and see how much of an impact Brown and Jones can make back with the Bruins from here.
