Lindholm, 30, left the Bruins' most recent matchup against the St. Louis Blues after blocking a shot. Unfortunately, he will now miss a good chunk of time because of it.

This is certainly rough news for the Bruins, as Lindholm is an essential part of their blueline. However, the Bruins will now need to adjust to not having Lindholm in the lineup for multiple weeks from here.
Lindholm has appeared in 17 games this season, where he has three goals and seven points. He was also starting to heat up before getting injured, as he had two goals and four points over his last seven games.
In response to Lindholm's injury, the Bruins have recalled defenseman Jordan Oesterle from the Providence Bruins.
