Bruins: 3 Potential Trade Destinations For Justin Brazeau
Boston Bruins president Cam Neely recently told reporters that the team could retool its roster depending on its performance leading up to the trade deadline. The Bruins no longer hold a playoff spot after blowing a 5-3 lead to the Ottawa Senators late in the third period and then losing in the shootout.

Due to the Bruins potentially becoming sellers, pending unrestricted free agent Justin Brazeau has been named a top trade candidate in the NHL by outlets like TSN. If he still does not have an extension by the deadline and the Bruins are still struggling then, he could be in play.
Therefore, let's discuss three potential landing spots for the big winger if Boston officially makes him available.
New Jersey Devils
If Brazeau becomes available, the New Jersey Devils could be a team to watch. The Devils have been struggling, losing each of their last four games and eight out of their previous ten. A notable reason for their issues has been their lack of scoring in their bottom six, and Brazeau could help with that.
Brazeau has 10 goals and 20 points in 45 games this season. Dawson Mercer is the only player in the Devils' bottom six with more points (21 in 49 games) than Brazeau right now, so he could give them a nice boost if acquired.
Vegas Golden Knights
The Vegas Golden Knights will likely look to add to their forward group this off-season. Adding a gritty winger who can provide solid secondary scoring could be on their agenda, so a player like Brazeau could make sense for them.
Brazeau would help the Golden Knights' depth at right wing if acquired and be an upgrade over Cole Schwindt at the 3RW spot. In addition, Brazeau's cheap $775,000 cap hit could make him very appealing to Vegas.
Minnesota Wild
The Minnesota Wild are having an excellent season and are expected to be buyers because of it. When looking at Minnesota's lineup, they could use more depth at right wing, and Brazeau could be a solid option for them to consider.
If the Wild acquired Brazeau, he could slot nicely on their third line and be a potential fit for their power play.
