Bruges winger Antonio Nusa closest to Roma
Roma are looking to further strengthen their wings, and more specifically the left flank of the pitch.
Daniele De Rossi has asked the club for one additional winger at his disposal.
Yesterday’s friendly with Everton served as further evidence of Nicola Zalewski’s incompatibility with the role and the technical and tactical demands set by De Rossi.
Therefore, the Giallorossi are expected to bring in a new winger who will be able to offer more solutions up front.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma are monitoring two players for the position: Bruges’ Antonio Nusa and Corinthians starlet Wesley Gasova.
However, unlike Wesley who would have to adapt to European football, Nusa’s experience in Europe, including the Champions League, at such a young age make of him the leading candidate for the vacancy.
