BREAKING: Canucks’ J.T. Miller To Return To Lineup Against The Florida Panthers

The echoing cheers of “J.T. Miller” are sure to bounce off the walls of Rogers Arena in tonight’s matchup against the Florida Panthers, as the forward will be returning to the ice after missing 10 games. Miller’s last game was a 5–3 loss to the Nashville Predators on November 17.

Miller came out of the lineup after taking a personal leave, but returns tonight in hopes of helping his team take a win against the defending Stanley Cup Champions. He made his first reappearance during the team’s morning skate against the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday, and skated as an extra during Wednesday’s practice.

"I'm excited to play. Obviously, it's a fun game to play against the defending champions. I'm just happy to be around the guys and looking forward to tonight," Miller said following his announcement.

The forward has six goals and 10 assists in 17 games played, a stat that puts him seventh on the Canucks despite the team playing 10 games without him. During his personal leave, Miller was named to Team USA for the 4 Nations Face-Off alongside teammate Quinn Hughes.

“I’m here, with the team, and I’m ready to look forward to what’s going to happen in the future,” Miller said after today’s morning skate.
