Brandon Whynott Commits To Bowling Green
Try-City Americans forward Brandon Whynott has committed to Bowling Green, it was announced on Saturday.
Whynott has 43 points (20 goals, 23 assists) in 36 regular season games for the Americans this season. After three seasons with the Calgary Hitman, where he recorded 37 points in 131 games, Whynott was traded to the Americans ahead of the 2023-24 season. He recorded 33 points (16 goals, 17 assists) in 64 regular seasons in his first season with the Americans.
A native of Langley, British Columbia, Whynott will join Bowling Green for the 2025-26 season. The 2004-born skater will be able to make an impact from the jump. Whynott has quick feet with good size.
