Dortmund vs Tottenham: Champions League prediction, team news, line-ups and how to watch on TV and online

Tottenham travel to Borussia Dortmund knowing they will secure top spot in Champions League Group H if they match Real Madrid's result on Tuesday.

A deserved 3-1 win against the holders on November 1 puts Spurs in the driving seat, but they come into the game off the back of a demoralising 2-0 loss at rivals Arsenal.

Dortmund must win to keep their faint hopes of a place in the knockout stages alive, qualification Spurs are already assured of, but have just one competitive victory - against third-tier Magdeburg in the cup - since September.

Team news

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will start after his suspension for "disciplinary reasons" for Friday's loss to Stuttgart.

However, Sokratis Papastathopoulos is almost certain to miss Tuesday's game after the defender was forced off at half-time with a rib injury.

Christian Pulisic missed the defeat entirely after succumbing to muscular problems ahead of kick-off, though it remains to be seen if he has joined Liszczek Piszczek, Marco Reus, Sebastian Rode and Erik Durm on the sidelines.

Mauricio Pochettino is expected to make a number of changes in Dortmund with their place in the last 16 already confirmed.

Danny Rose is expected to start the match after being left out of the squad for the north London derby defeat, while Harry Winks is set to replace Moussa Dembele in the team.

Harry Kane and Dele Alli are also expected to be rested after being short of full fitness against Arsenal, with Heung-min Son and Fernando Llorente set to return.

Predicted line-ups

Borussia Dortmund (4-3-3): Burki, Toljan, Zagadou, Bartra, Schmelzer - Götze, Sahin, Weigl - Yarmolenko, Guerreiro, Aubameyang

Tottenham (3-5-1-1): Lloris, Sanchez, Dier, Vertonghen; Aurier, Winks, Eriksen, Sissoko, Rose; Son; Llorente.

Head to head

Borussia Dortmund and Tottenham have met just three times before, twice in the Europa League two seasons ago - which BVB won on both - and then earlier this season when Harry Kane and Heung-min Son completed a deserved 3-1 victory.
