Borussia Dortmund annoyed by the statements made by Youssoufa Moukoko’s agent

Ruhr Nachrichten reports that Borussia Dortmund are annoyed by the comments made by Youssoufa Moukoko’s agent about the striker’s future.

Due to the statements made by Moukoko’s agent, it is increasingly likely that the 19-year-old will be leaving the Signal Iduna Park this summer. It has previously been reported that if Moukoko wants to leave Dortmund this summer, the club will not stop him.

Moukoko struggled for game time last season under previous head coach Edin Terzic with most of his appearances coming off of the bench as he had to deal with a place behind Niclas Füllkrug and even Sebastien Haller.

This summer, games would not be any easier to come by after the arrival of Serhou Guirassy. However, the potential departures of Füllkrug and Haller could have opened a door for Moukoko to play more, especially with the injury to Guirassy. However, the bridges between the striker and Dortmund are clearly being burnt.
