Birmingham City have signed goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell from Burnley on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

The 27-year-old Northern Ireland international last featured for the Clarets in April 2023 when they earned promotion to the Premier League.

Peacock-Farrell was not part of the Burnley side that was subsequently relegated back to the Championship, as he spent the campaign with Danish top-flight side Aarhus.

The former Leeds goalkeeper, who has also featured for Sheffield Wednesday on loan, made 24 appearances for Burnley in his first year on their books.

"It is a massive club with some huge ambitions for the coming years and to be a part of that is something that I had to come and do," said Peacock-Farrell on his move to Birmingham.

His arrival comes after goalkeeper John Ruddy turned down the offer of a new deal and fellow shot-stopper Neil Etheridge was released following Birmingham's relegation to League One.

Meanwhile, 35-year-old striker Lukas Jutkiewicz has taken up a new one-year contract with Birmingham.

He has scored 63 goals in 314 league appearances for the club since making his own move from Burnley in 2016.
