He has been named the third star of the week, behind Rasmus Dahlin (2) and Mark Scheifele (1).
Werenski appeared in three games last week and recorded seven assists. He and Dahlin both had the same stat line over the past week.
This is Werenski's second time being named to the three stars of the week over the last six weeks.
