Blackhawks Players Are At Soldier Field For Bears Vs Vikings

The Chicago Blackhawks are home from a one-game road trip against the Philadelphia Flyers. They were defeated in overtime 3-2.

Now, they have a few days off before returning to action. They will play the Dallas Stars at United Center on Wednesday night.

They kicked off their handful of days by going to Soldier Field to watch the game between the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings.

It is fitting that the Blackhawks go to the game when the team from the State of Hockey is in town. Things haven't gone well for the Bears this season but they are always looking for a good win over a division rival no matter what the standings look like.

Amongst the Blackhawks players in attendance are Connor Bedard and captain Nick Foligno. Seeing these guys spend off days together is what you want when things aren't going great on the ice.

Hopefully, the Bears can bring home a big win. That may be motivating for the Blackhawks players to come to the United Center and do the same thing for the fans who also support them.

Chicago is a wonderful sports town but it deserves better than what it's gotten across the board over the last few years.

Still, it is nice to see them all supporting each other. The days of Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane playing catch with a football on the sideline may be over but it is time to build new memories.
