Big 12 releases TCU women’s basketball upcoming conference schedule
The Big 12 released the upcoming league schedule for TCU women’s basketball on Thursday.
Coming off a solid year one under Mark Campbell, the Horned Frogs were one of the big winners of the offseason with the addition of LSU transfer Hailey Van Lith, Kentucky transfer Maddie Scherr while also bringing back Sedona Prince and Madison Conner.
The schedule features road trips to Iowa State and Kansas State while the Horned Frogs while hosting league newcomers Colorado and Utah.

Home and Away
Opponents: Texas Tech, Baylor, Central Florida
Breakdown: The Horned Frogs will tangle with rival Baylor twice next season after the Bears reached the Sweet Sixteen and finished the year ranked No. 13 in the final AP poll. Texas Tech and UCF are both looking for bounce back seasons.
Home
Opponents: BYU, Cincinnati, Colorado, Houston, Utah, West Virginia
Breakdown: Utah and Colorado enter the Big 12 with three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances including a run to the Sweet Sixteen by the Buffaloes. The Horned Frogs also get West Virginia at home after the Mountaineers won 25 games last season.
Away
Opponents: Arizona, Arizona State, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Oklahoma State
Breakdown: TCU’s road only slate has some daunting challenges with trips to the Kansas schools and Iowa State, but league newcomers Arizona and Arizona State finished below .500 in conference play in the Pac-12. The trip to Tuscon will also be a big game for Conner, who transferred to Fort Worth after having a much smaller role with the Wildcats.
