The couple of five years are bidding farewell to their four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse near the Rocky Mountains
Below Deck Mediterranean star Captain Sandy Yawn and her fiancée Leah Shafer are saying goodbye to their Denver home.
The superyacht captain and gospel singer, who got engaged in September, have officially listed their Colorado townhouse for $685,000. It’s located approximately 35 minutes outside of the capital city in the cozy town of Parker and features spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains.
Spread out across 3,285 square feet, the home features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a two-car garage and an outdoor patio and porch.
Kacey Bingham and Jared Blank of The Agency Denver currently hold the listing.
Inside the home, the open layout on the main floor makes it an ideal spot for entertaining.
The kitchen is equipped with shaker-style cabinetry and quartz countertops. Meanwhile, the center island includes space for barstool seating on one side and a built-in sink on the other.
In the attached dining area, residents can enjoy their meals with a view through the extensive windows, or dine outside on the upper deck.
Both the kitchen and dining area flows directly into the living room with a gas fireplace and more incredible views.
Upstairs, the spacious loft can double as a home office.
The primary bedroom has plenty of space for an additional seating area while the bathroom features double sinks, a drop-in bathtub and a corner shower.
One of the four bedrooms can also be reimagined as a recording studio.
In the basement, a full home gym can be found along with access to the outdoor patio.

While Yawn and her fiancée are ready to part ways with the Denver property, their other real estate ventures haven’t always been smooth sailing.
In February, the Bravo star claimed that her and Shafer’s under-construction home in Nocatee, Fla. was left unfinished after the developers went “MIA with all of our money,” she told local Florida outlet First Coast News at the time.
"We dipped into our bank account and used every penny we had, and this is our finished product," Yawn said. She added that they’d likely have to pay an extra $800,000 after hiring additional workers to finish the home.
"We want justice and would like our money back along with the other victims," Yawn said in a statement to PEOPLE at the time.
