Bears WR Keenan Allen believes things will be better under Thomas Brown

Despite a disappointing season in which saw them come well below expectations, and firing both their offensive coordinator and head coach, players on the Chicago Bears are optimistic.

Preparing for their first game with interim head coach Thomas Brown as they had to San Francisco to take on the 49ers, one key member of the offense believes things will get better with their new interim coach. Asked on Thursday by the media if he believes things will be better under Brown, veteran wide receiver Keenan Allen says he'll wait and see, but the belief is optimistic.

"Definitely got to wait and see, but yeah, I do," Allen said when asked about Brown and the impact he could have on the team for the remainder of the season.

Allen's comments are just one of many to come out of the Bears locker room regarding Brown's promotion to interim head coach. After their offensive coordinator Shane Waldron was fired earlier this year, and many came out and said he was "too nice" that trend continues as players repeatedly have said they believe the attitude, energy, and accountability has picked up under the first few days under Brown.
