Bears Week 8 inactives: Khalil Herbert, Nate Davis healthy scratches vs. Commanders
The Chicago Bears (4-2) have released their inactives ahead of their Week 8 game against the Washington Commanders (5-2), where the Bears are looking to win their fourth straight game.
The Bears previously ruled out cornerback Kyler Gordon and safety Jaquan Brisker, who are dealing with a hamstring injury and concussion. Interestingly enough, running back Khalil Herbert, offensive line Nate Davis and defensive end Dominique Robinson are all healthy scratches. All three are reportedly set to be on the trade block ahead of the Nov. 5 deadline.
On the Commanders side, quarterback Jayden Daniels will suit up after being dubbed a game-time decision. Daniels is dealing with a rib injury that kept him sidelined Wednesday and Thursday, but Washington believes he's healthy enough to play. Now, it'll be a battle between No. 1 pick Caleb Williams and No. 2 pick Daniels.
