Bears vs. Panthers, Week 5 injury report: Wednesday

The Chicago Bears (2-2) released their first injury report ahead of Sunday's Week 5 game against the Carolina Panthers (1-3), which featured a shorter list of injuries than the previous week.

The Bears had four players who didn't practice on Wednesday, including left guard Teven Jenkins, who suffered bruise ribs in Sunday's win against the Los Angeles Rams. Jenkins is considered day-to-day. Also not practicing were defensive tackle Zacch Pickens (groin), cornerback Terell Smith (hip) and receiver DeAndre Carter (ribs). Meanwhile, tight end Cole Kmet (knee) and defensive end Montez Sweat (ankle) were limited participants.
