The Chicago Bears are in the middle of an early bye week ahead of a pivotal NFC showdown against the Washington Commanders, which will feature No. 1 pick Caleb Williams and No. 2 pick Jayden Daniels, who are taking the league by storm.

There's a high demand to see a battle between the top two rookies on two ascending NFC squads, so it's not a surprise to see the NFL flex the originally-scheduled 1 p.m. ET game to the 4:25 p.m. ET window on CBS, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. And it sounds like it'll be Jim Nantz and Tony Romo on the call for CBS.

The Bears and Commanders have both gotten off to hot starts this season. Chicago is currently riding a three-game winning streak where Williams has posted his best outings of his young career. The Bears are part of an NFC North division that is a combined 17-5 through six weeks, where they're tied for last place with the Green Bay Packers with 4-2 records. Meanwhile, Washington leads a disappointing NFC East division with a 4-2 record. They're coming off a loss to the Baltimore Ravens after a three-game winning streak, where Daniels continues to impress.

All eyes will be on the Bears and Commanders in a late-window showdown, where Chicago has an opportunity to extend its winning streak to four games, get their first road win of the season and make a statement.
