Bears vs. Cardinals injury report: Latest updates, news for Friday

The Chicago Bears (4-3) released their final injury report ahead of Sunday's Week 9 game against the Arizona Cardinals (4-4), which featured some notable updates.

The Bears have ruled out three players -- safety Jaquan Brisker (concussion), left tackle Braxton Jones (knee) and left tackle Kiran Amegadjie (calf) -- for Sunday's game. With Larry Borom a full participant all week, he's expected to be activated from injured reserve and start at left tackle against the Cardinals.

Meanwhile, there are five players listed as questionable heading into Sunday, including defensive end Montez Sweat, who's nursing a shin injury. Cornerback Kyler Gordon, who suffered a hamstring injury in Week 6, practiced for the first time this week, albeit in limited fashion, and he'll likely be a game-time decision. Offensive linemen Ryan Bates (shoulder) and Teven Jenkins (knee) are also questionable, with Bates eligible to return from IR to provide depth along the offensive line.
