Bears fans can't believe Cairo Santos' field goal was blocked again

The Chicago Bears might have a kicker problem, and their rival Green Bay Packers might've given teams the blueprint.

For the second time in as many weeks, kicker Cairo Santos had a 48-plus yard field goal attempt blocked -- and it was nearly identical to the previous week after Santos' game-winning 46-yard attempt was blocked by the Packers.

Santos has had three missed field goals this season, all coming between 40 and 49 yards. According to ESPN Stats and Info, the Bears have had three field goals blocked this season, which is the most in the NFL and their most in a single season since 2012 (3).

As you can imagine, there was plenty of disbelief and shock that the Bears didn't make any necessary adjustments following last week's heartbreaker where Santos' 46-yard field goal attempt, which would've won the game, was blocked. While this one didn't have the same implications, it remains an issue moving forward as Santos' last two field goal attempts from long-40 range have been blocked.

UPDATE: Santos connected on a 49-yard field goal as time expired in the first half to break his blocked streak.
