Bears DE DeMarcus Walker roasts Titans QB Will Levis after pick-6

The Chicago Bears defense took matters into their own hands in Sunday's season-opening win against the Tennessee Titans, where Chicago held Tennessee scoreless in the second half and notched a pair of interceptions to seal the game.

The biggest came with roughly seven minutes left in the game with the Titans facing third-and-6 at their own 45-yard line. Bears defensive end DeMarcus Walker brought the pressure on Levis and was about to record his first sack of the season. Instead, Levis tried to throw the ball away and was instead picked off by cornerback Tyrique Stevenson, who returned it 43 yards for what was ultimately the game-winning touchdown.

Walker took to X (formerly Twitter) following Chicago's miraculous comeback win, where he had some advice to the second-year quarterback after Levis went viral for his surrender cobra reaction to his pick.

"Just take the sack next time kid," Walker wrote.

Stevenson's go-ahead pick-six was the first of two fourth-quarter interceptions by the Bears. The second game in the final minute of the game when cornerback Jaylon Johnson picked off Levis on fourth-and-10 to seal the win.

Rookie quarterback Caleb Williams, making his first NFL start, praised his defense for their impressive outing that led to the win.

"It was awesome to be able to watch that," Williams said of Stevenson's pick-six. "Kind of lost my voice towards the end of the game cheering on my guys. It was awesome. It was great. Defense for what they did today. 17 points in the first half is enough, but to be able to come back out in the second half and shut them out is unbelievable."
