Bears complete head coach interview with Mike Vrabel
Former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel completed his interview with the Chicago Bears on Wednesday for their head coaching vacancy, the first candidate to officially meet with the team. The Bears conducted a virtual interview with Vrabel, despite having the chance to bring him in to Halas Hall for an in-person meeting.

The 49-year-old met with a contingent that included general manager Ryan Poles, president and CEO Kevin Warren, chairman George McCaskey, senior director of player personnel Jeff King, executive vice president of people and culture & chief human resources officer Liz Geist, and director of football administration Matt Feinstein.
Vrabel is one of the hottest coaching candidates this cycle. The former Super Bowl champion linebacker was the head coach of the Titans from 2018-2023, amassing a record of 54-45 and making the postseason three times. He's known for his tough demeanor and no-nonsense approach, something last year's Bears team was lacking.
Chicago has upcoming interviews with Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator Drew Petzing, New York Giants offensive coordinator Mike Kafka, former Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll, Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, and Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn.
