The Bears are in the thick of their head coach search, which has reached 20 candidates with 16 completed interviews (and counting) through the second week of the first-round of their search. There have been several reports indicating that it's become a two-man race between Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson and former Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy.
