With just one game left this season, the focus has shifted to what's gearing up to be an important offseason for the Bears. It'll be headlined by the team's coaching search, which will be wide-ranging and be searching for a "leader of men" but also someone who can help develop quarterback Caleb Williams. But following a disaster of a season, where Chicago started 4-2 and have been on a 10-game losing streak ever since, receiver DJ Moore wondered if it might make any coaching candidates hesitate about taking the job.

With many in the NFL media circles have listed Chicago as a hot destination for a potential head coach, Moore says the team as players haven't done a good job of putting together good film to intrigue and excite potential candidates. He would add that there could be doubts from potential candidates on how this Bears team could get fixed quickly with a new head coach.
