The Bears are back on the football field today when they face the Cincinnati Bengals in their third preseason game of the summer. Even after their joint practice on Thursday, coach Matt Eberflus said healthy starters will play against the Bengals. That includes rookie quarterback Caleb Williams, who is expected to get a couple of series of action following his impressive preseason debut last week.
