Barcelona star Marc Casadó has this week named the Spanish national team player whom he would bring to Catalunya’s capital, if affordred the opportunity.

Casadó, for his part, has of course linked up with Luis de la Fuente’s Spain squad for the first time this week.

Rewarded for what has been a superb start to the campaign with Barcelona, the 21-year-old has been drafted into the setup of the European champions, expected to play at least some part against Denmark and Switzerland over the days ahead.

Amid something of a whirlwind few weeks for Casadó, the midfielder, on Friday, therefore sat down for an interview with Mundo Deportivo.

During as much, the Blaugrana youth product was drawn on a whole host of topics regarding his teammates at club and international level alike.

And one such response provided by Casadó has since drawn widespread attention.

This comes with the youngster, after being asked to name ‘a Spanish national team player you would sign for Barça’, having showed little hesitation in pointing towards summer target and Athletic Club star Nico Williams.
