Barcelona hand trials to Mouhamed Dabo and Elhadj Malick Cissé
La Liga giants Barcelona have afforded trial periods to a highly-regarded pair of African talents.
That’s according to Diario Sport, who highlight Mouhamed Dabo and Elhadj Malick Cissé as the pair in question.
Dabo and Cissé are a pair of Senegalese youth internationals, both currently lining out for the Lions of Teranga at U17 level.
The former is a deep-lying pivot, with Cissé a more forward-minded midfielder, who excels in chance creation in the final third.
As per Sport:
‘Both have been training with Pol Planas’ Juvenil B since Monday,’ as part of a 15-day trial period with a view to a potential return to Catalunya’s capital down the line.
This comes amid an ongoing push on the part of Barcelona into the African market, following the summer signings of David Oduro and Abdul Aziz Issah, the former of whom was afforded a starting berth in Barca Atlètic’s recent meeting with Lugo.
