From Austria: Kevin Danso to undergo heart surgery after failed Roma medical
Kevin Danso’s move to Roma seems to have collapsed for good reason as the player faces a difficult health situation.
As reported by Austrian newspaper Kleine Zeitung, Danso – who failed his medical with Roma and thus being forced to return to Lens earlier in the summer – is set to undergo heart surgery.
The newspaper writes that the numerous examinations Danso has undergone in recent weeks with the help of many heart specialists have shown scarring at the heart.
This should therefore be corrected by a surgical intervention using a cardiac catheter.
An official statement by Lens is still pending, with Danso hoping to return to the pitch soon after surgery.
