The serious stuff is around the corner. August is the month where league football will kick off after a summer full of training sessions and friendlies. Let's have a closer look at the fixtures that await our teams in the month that has just begun.

MEN'S FIRST TEAM
Coach Fonseca's
Rossoneri remain on tour in the USA and, having already faced Manchester City and Real Madrid, will soon meet Barcelona in Baltimore. Once they return to Italy, they'll face Monza in the Trofeo Silvio Berlusconi four days ahead of their league opener against Torino at San Siro. The team's away games against Parma (matchday 2) and Lazio (matchday 3) in Serie A complete the picture for the month of August.

A new story will begin when Milan Futuro take to the pitch for their first competitive matches. The team's first game will be in the Serie C's Coppa Italia against Lecco, who were relegated from Serie B last season. This will be played at the Stadio Rigamonti Ceppi on 10 August (21:00 CEST kick-off) and serve as an appetiser for the Rossoneri's first Serie C fixture, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday 25 August against Virtus Entella in Chiavari (20:45 CEST kick-off).

Coach Suzanne Bakker has been appointed to lead the Rossonere this coming season, which is drawing ever nearer. Two prestigious friendlies are scheduled in the next few weeks, first against Newcastle on 10 August and then against Barcelona on 23 August. The team’s league campaign will kick off against Como Women on the final weekend of August.

After that, our U20s will face Torino, a close competitor for sixth place in 2023/24.
